  • Bob Johansen, based in North Georgia, is the founder and principal consultant of our Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint consultancy, proudly supporting clients nationwide and worldwide.

    Before founding Straight Arrow Consulting in 2022, Bob Johansen was a Principal Consultant with Deltek for 8 years. During this time, he worked with hundreds of clients to help solve their business problems. Bob’s areas of expertise include Vision/Vantagepoint product line (Accounting & Finance, Advanced Accounting, including Muti-currency and Multicompany, Resource Planning, Purchasing/Asset Management, and CRM).  Prior to 2013, for 12 years, Bob was the Vision System Manager for a large international A/E firm where he configured, implemented, documented, and supported Vision for around 1,000 users in 30 offices worldwide. He was also in charge of the Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives for the same company. Bob has experience as an Accountant is adept at facilitating sessions defining user requirements during design and configuration, delivering end-user training, and preparing overall organization for system deployment, as well as presenting briefings to Executives.

  • Jennifer Puckett is a results-driven accounting professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience, with over 15 years in Ajera and 3 years in Vantagepoint. With a strong foundation in financial management, strategic planning, and business analytics, Jennifer excels in delivering accurate financial reporting, streamlining processes, and driving organizational growth. Known for a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, Jennifer combines technical expertise with strategic insight to provide valuable solutions that enhance profitability and FAR compliance.

  • Clint Graunke brings over 20 years of expertise in the control systems integration field to the Straight Arrow team, and with it a deep understanding of how various departments - including finance, sales, project management, engineering, and operations - interact within a well-designed ERP system.  His experience and collaboration with stakeholders ensures ERP systems meet organizational needs and drive efficiency across cross-functional teams.

    Clint has worked with a vast range of business software platforms, including Infor Visual, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Rutamsoft QuotePlan and most extensively, Deltek Vantagepoint and Vision.

    Clint’s primary areas of focus are ERP system implementation and development of tailored workflows, dashboards, and reports.  He also integrates Deltek Vantagepoint with external systems such as ADP and Wrike using Deltek Unionpoint, and Microsoft Power BI through the Deltek Flex Cloud ODBC to enhance data analysis and decision-making.

  • Mary Maffiore is a solution-oriented professional based out of Massachusetts with 20+ years of experience working at Deltek with the Vision/Vantagepoint ERP software solution as a Principal Customer Care Analyst, Principal Consultant and as a Principal Upgrade Success Manager. She also has years of experience working at an architectural firm as a Finance Manager utilizing the Vision system. Mary specializes with the accounting side of the system where her unique background provides a strong foundation with which to resolve all ranges of client’s concerns from troubleshooting and reconciling existing issues and training end users, to assessing and implementing new system features. Mary strives to help her clients increase daily efficiencies and improve overall user experience to maximize their return on investment.

  • Stephanie Rief brings over 20 years of experience working with Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint and unmatched expertise in workflows, user-defined hubs, custom reports, and data integrations. A seasoned professional in designing data solutions, Stephanie has created data warehouses, analysis cubes, and models using Vision data, enabling powerful Power BI dashboards and SSMS reports. These tools have been instrumental in customized revenue forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, and specialized financial reporting with secured distribution.

    Before joining Straight Arrow, Stephanie held the role of Director of IT Research and Development, where she honed her skills as a database programmer and web developer. Stephanie's passion for innovation and precision ensures that every project is not only functional but transformative for clients.

  • Nicole is a seasoned software consultant with decades experience helping Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms optimize their operations through Deltek solutions. With deep expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint and Vision, Nicole has successfully guided firms through software implementations, customizations, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.

    Leveraging a strong background in project management, financial systems, and business intelligence, Nicole works closely with AEC firms to streamline workflows, improve financial performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
