Role Description

This is a remote part-time role for a Deltek Consultant. The Deltek Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services related to Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. The day-to-day tasks may include implementation support, training, reporting, and project planning assistance, as well as providing guidance and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint (15 years or more preferred)

• Expertise in Accounting, CRM, and Planning modules

• Deep expertise desired in the areas of Accounting, OH Allocation, RevGen, Security Roles, Reporting, Time & Expense, and implementations.

• Experience with Multicompany, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Resource Planning a plus.

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Title: Project Manager – Deltek Systems Consultant

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee Deltek Software Consulting Engagements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management principles and a strong understanding of Deltek systems such as Ajera, Vision, or Vantagepoint. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while delivering excellent client satisfaction.

• - Proficiency with Deltek products such as Ajera, Vision, or Vantagepoint.
  - Strong knowledge of ERP or financial management systems.
  - Deep expertise in professional services and project-based businesses
  - Ability to work independently and remotely
  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  • Deltek certifications are a plus.

• Skills:

  • Proven ability to interact with various business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors effectively

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
